We are partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-sector investment group with operations spanning hospitality, retail, property, office, and leisure. The group has expanded significantly in recent years and is now seeking an experienced Group Human Resources Manager to lead and develop the HR function across its diverse portfolio.

This is a senior, hands-on role requiring a strong balance of strategic leadership and operational delivery. Given the nature of the business, strong hospitality experience is essential, as a significant portion of the group operates in high-volume, fast-paced, people-focused environments.


Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Development and delivery of a group-wide HR strategy aligned to business objectives
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters
  • Leading employee relations activity including disciplinary, grievance, and investigations
  • Supporting multi-site hospitality operations with hands-on HR guidance
  • Driving recruitment, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
  • Designing and implementing training and leadership development programmes
  • Ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Enhancing culture, engagement, and performance across all businesses
  • Overseeing HR operations including systems, reporting, and payroll coordination


Requirements:

  • 6+ years' experience in a senior HR role within a multi-site/group environment
  • Strong hospitality sector experience is essential
  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice
  • Ability to operate strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) desirable
