A leading, global logistics company with over 90,000 staff across 27 countries is focusing its expansion in Australia and is establishing a new team in Sydney. The role will be a HR Manager and will report into the Senior Director, HR. The location will be in Leppington in the South West and will be hybrid.
In the role you will work at both a strategic and operational capacity and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
This is a hybrid position based in Leppington (in the South West) and will report into the Senior Director, HR. The client is establishing its presence in Sydney and this will be initially a standalone role.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 8 years relevant experience
• Working knowledge of local employment law
• comfortable using a HRIS (preferably SuccessFactors)
• ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment

• spearhead the end-to-end recruitment focusing on mainly blue collar roles
• manage the full employee life-cycle of employees including on-boarding and off-boarding
• look after ER matters including performance reviews, grievances, probation reviews
• drive different strategic HR projects for the improvement and acceleration of the organisation
• liaise with payroll vendor to ensure accurate salary payout
• update and maintain the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
