The HR Manager is a critical leadership role within Rockwell, reporting to the Finance Director, and working closely with the Operations Director and the Senior Leadership Team.
You will oversee all HR operations and lead a focused team across recruitment, development, systems, and employee experience, while supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance, and helping to drive Rockwell’s ongoing growth.
