Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Ronzone of Texas, Inc. is a fast-paced hospitality group located in Williamson County, TX (Leander, Liberty Hill, and Georgetown). We’re currently seeking an experienced, hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead and grow the HR function for our two different restaurant concepts, supporting approximately 60 employees today, but growing to 100+ in 3-4 months. This position earns competitive base pay of $70k - $75k annually. Our Human Resources Manager position is hybrid, working on-site and remotely. We are actively expanding and refining our people operations, creating new programs, and formalizing processes to support our teams and culture as we scale.
This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment where they’ll have the chance to identify opportunities for improvement, build infrastructure where it’s needed, and help shape a positive, people-first culture. The HR Manager will oversee key areas including recruiting, payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and engagement - while being a strategic partner in supporting operational goals and cultivating a “Best Places to Work” culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or service-based environments.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, and employment law.
  • Experience working in growing, fast-paced, multi-unit businesses where HR systems and processes have been actively built or improved is highly valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. ADP, Paychex, Toast Payroll, or similar).
  • PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
