JOB OPPORTUNITY: HR MANAGER - RECRUITING MANAGER AT SALEM’S FRESH EATS

Location: Tampa and surrounding areas. (Serving 13 Locations)
Position Overview: Salem’s Fresh Eats is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager - Recruiting Manager to oversee the recruitment and human resources functions for our 13 locations. This in-office role is essential for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent across all our sites, ensuring our teams are equipped to deliver exceptional service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management and recruiting, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Experience managing HR for multiple locations is a plus.
