Job Summary :

The HR Manager will oversee human resources functions within a recruitment and staffing agency, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the company's mission. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and development, while also collaborating with leadership to enhance organizational culture and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.

Analyze workforce trends to anticipate future HR needs, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and organizational development.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices to support business growth.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure a strong talent pipeline, both internally and for clients.

Implement efficient sourcing and selection processes, partnering with client teams to match candidates effectively.

Manage vendor relationships with job portals, staffing firms, and HR software providers.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment.

Promote open communication and mediate conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
