The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing core HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational development. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring HR practices align with business goals, labor laws, and company culture. Responsibilities • Lead and oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance issues, and workforce planning • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding • Oversee employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs in alignment with company policy and legal requirements • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans • Support employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives • Manage training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational needs • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports and metrics for leadership • Supervise and mentor HR team members Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or managerial responsibilities • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices • Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits • Medical, Vision, and Dental • 401(k) plus matching • Paid Time Off • Personal Days • Sick Leave • 11 Federal Holidays • Paid days off for Birthday and Work Anniversary • Life Insurance Salary Description $75,000 - $90,000 per year
