We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our human resources function. This role requires someone who understands the fast-paced, high-growth environment of the blockchain and crypto industry. The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring HR policies align with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth.
Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance (labor laws, international hiring if remote, etc.).
Design and manage employee performance evaluation systems.
Support leadership on organizational development, role structures, and workforce planning.
Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and transparent company culture.
Coordinate payroll, benefits, and employee welfare programs.
Address employee relations issues and mediate workplace conflicts.
Support learning & development initiatives.
Oversee remote work policies, hybrid team dynamics, and cross-border HR compliance.
Requirements
4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in tech or fintech environments.
Previous experience in a startup or crypto/blockchain company is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with global labor laws, especially in remote and distributed teams.
Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High emotional intelligence and a solution-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English; multilingual is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR).
Experience managing international teams or remote-first companies.
Understanding of crypto/blockchain industry trends and terminology.
