WE ARE HIRING | HR MANAGER

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Industry: Signage, Kiosk, Advertising, Graphics & Fit-Out

Seed Graphics is looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead and develop our HR function during an important phase of business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong UAE HR experience, proven expertise in talent acquisition and blue-collar workforce recruitment, and the ability to take full ownership of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall HR function.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes.
• Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning, with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring.
• Manage recruitment from sourcing and interviews through selection and onboarding.
• Build and maintain effective recruitment channels, including agencies and job portals.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, and company policies.
• Manage employee documentation, visa/work permit coordination, insurance, and HR administration.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and workforce development.
• Work closely with Operations, Production, Projects, and Management teams on manpower requirements.
• Take ownership of HR issues and ensure timely and practical solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment and workforce management.
• Strong talent acquisition and recruitment strategy experience.
• Experience in fit-out, signage, advertising, graphics, manufacturing, construction, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of HR responsibilities.
• Experience managing a diverse workforce.
• Strong coordination skills with recruitment agencies and external service providers.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
