    We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Manager/ Senior Manager, HR to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can think strategically while also rolling up their sleeves to get things done. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to provide HR advisory, drive training & development initiatives, and manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • min. 8 years of HR experience covering Training & Development, Performance Management & others general HR matters, ideally in a financial services or technology/start-up environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a lean team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance driven environment
  • Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and advising on sensitive HR issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is required to support internal communications and liaise with Mandarin and English-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for front office, middle and back office teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Technology etc) on HR matters.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand team needs and provide relevant HR solutions.
  • Lead and elevate our performance management and talent development strategies to unlock the full potential of our people and drive a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement learning programs (internal and external) that support employee development and compliance needs.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain accurate records of learning activities.
  • Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, HRIS updates, and employee documentation.
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing other HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
  • Ensure HR practices are in line with Singapore labour laws and MOM regulations.
