Job Summary: ABeam Consulting Thailand is seeking a strategic and people-centric HR Leader to drive our Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives. This role is critical in supporting our consulting teams by fostering a high-performance culture, enabling talent development, and enhancing employee experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Human Resource Management (HRM): Lead HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, workforce & budget planning. Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with consulting practice needs. Manage (benchmark, analysis, and design) compensation & benefits, and HRIS systems to support operational efficiency. Provide strategic HR advisory to leadership on organizational design and change management. Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal policies. Learning & Development (L&D): Design and implement L&D programs tailored to consulting competencies and career paths. Conduct training needs analysis and develop annual learning roadmaps with allocated budget. Collaborate with regional/global teams as well as business leaders to localize and deliver development initiatives. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness. Employee Engagement: Develop and execute engagement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Lead employee feedback programs (e.g., surveys, focus groups) and drive action planning. Organize internal communication, recognition, and wellness initiatives. Possible Future Responsibility: Organizational Development (OD) Lead organizational development initiatives to support business growth and transformation (e.g., change management strategies, workforce and succession planning). Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in consulting or professional services. Strong understanding of HRM, L&D, and engagement practices in a dynamic, client-service environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Fluent in Thai and English. Required Skills: Result Driven Analytical, logical thinking Prioritization, Time Management Attention to details Full Payroll process experience, Learning design and measurement, and Engagement planning until execution Preferred Skills: Experience with regional/global HR collaboration. Familiarity with consulting career models and competency frameworks. Certification in HR or L&D is a plus.
