This role is located in Espoo, Finland where we are onsite 3 days a week in office. Summary Of How You Will Impact Skylo Skylo is hiring a HR Manager to help fulfill Skylo’s mission of making satellite connectivity available to all. In this role, you will focus on onboarding new talent, compliance, payroll, company culture, employee engagement, and performance management processes at our Finland office. We’re looking for an HR generalist who thrives in a multicultural environment. Experience in the tech industry is a strong plus. *This is a fixed-term parental leave cover position for at least one year, starting in November or December 2025 and continuing until January 2027* How You Will Contribute Assist in developing and implementing local people programs and drive engagement with employees Support employees and managers, addressing concerns, providing guidance on policies, and fostering a supportive work environment while working with the Global VP, People & Talent and Managing Director Europe Ensure company compliance with local employment laws and regulations Assist in compensation structures, manage benefits programs Support the finance team in processing payroll, ensuring timely, accurate processing Support the performance review process, employee feedback, and development plans including initiatives for employee engagement and retention Lead the organization of local company events, staff meetings, and team-building activities Make sure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis What We Look For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role Expertise in HR processes, local legislations (specifically, in Finland), HRIS systems, benefits administration, and general office management Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and HR software What We Offer With employees working across three continents, Skylo is proud to be an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
