POSITION: HR MANAGER (HOSPITALITY SECTOR –SOUTH SUDAN)

For a Multinational conglomerate, we are looking for an Well Rounded HR Manager to be based in South Sudan

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field 
  • minimum 7 (or more) years of experience in hospitality HR (e.g., hotels, resorts)
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll system
  • Strong interpersonal, cross-cultural communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills 
  • Meticulous attention to confidentiality, detail, and ethical standards 
  • Preferably HR certifications: PHR, SHRM‑CP, CHHRE, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to hotel operations and aligned with local labor laws 
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention of hotel staff 
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS/payroll systems 
  • Design and run training programs and performance evaluation systems 
  • Handle employee relations—conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and performance improvement 
  • Oversee staff welfare programs, including transport, accommodation, and wellness initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and maintain accurate HR documentation Interview
