Description

Your role will involve managing complex employee relations cases, leading on TUPE transfers, driving employee engagement initiatives, and supporting the learning and development of our workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the wellbeing, development, and engagement of our employees while ensuring that HR practices remain relevant and effective across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead the HR Advisor, supporting their professional development and overseeing complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and change management.TUPE & Change Management: Lead on TUPE transfers and manage change processes within the organization. Employee Relations: Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations, terms and conditions, and best practice.
Wellbeing & Engagement: Collaborate on the Wellbeing strategy, creating initiatives to support employee physical, mental, and financial wellbeing, and plan engagement activities that align with OneMedical Groups values. Training & Development: Ensure the L&D policy is embedded and identify opportunities for employee development. Deliver training on key HR topics such as disciplinaries, grievances, and more. Reporting & Compliance: Provide insightful HR reports to the Executive team, support compliance activities, and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
What Were Looking For: A CIPD-qualified HR professional (Level 5) or equivalent experience in ER and HR generalist roles. Experience of managing and delivering TUPE Transfers A track record in leading change management initiatives and developing HR policies. Strong experience in managing employee engagement and driving a positive workplace culture. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Well-organized, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility for travel - the post holder should be open to travelling to all our sites within the Grouplocated in theSouth of Englandto provide relevant HR support Proactive in identifying HR trends and changes in employment law, with the ability to react swiftly and provide strategic advice.
