Job Description HR Manager/ Sr. Manager (HRBP) in this role get to: Maintain and understand the pulse of the site and/or programs. Partner with the with the Business & Functional stakeholders: To establish and execute HR strategies that drive business performance. Drive operational excellence in key HR practices: And lead initiatives driving employee engagement, retention, and development. The role also contributes to positive internal branding. Analyze and design solutions that address chronic performance challenges. Formulate initiatives to improve: Retention, satisfaction and engagement. Reward Strategy - Understands, communicates, and applies reward strategy Employee Relations Applies employee relations and employment practices in order to create a positive, ethical, effective work environment Reporting and Analytics - Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports. Deep understanding of HR data, demographics and business KPIs Manage Disciplinary, grievance and compliance processes and respective investigations. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in the HR field At least 3 years HR Operations experience within the BPO industry Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, law, or related fields. Self-management skills, proactiveness in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing focuses. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner. Additional Information Interested candidates must be willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
