OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with expertise in employment and labor law, talent acquisition, and employee relations. This role is pivotal in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies while fostering a productive work environment.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA and workers’ compensation regulations.
  • Proficient in HR sourcing techniques, talent management strategies, and employee evaluation methods.
  • Excellent negotiation skills for contract discussions and conflict management situations.
  • Demonstrated experience in program management related to HR initiatives.
  • Effective communication skills for presentations and employee orientation sessions.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes within the HR function.
  • Proficient in various HR software systems such as Paychex, Dayforce, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, ATS systems for recruitment tracking.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA regulations, and other employment laws to mitigate risk.
  • Lead performance management initiatives to evaluate employee performance and support development plans.
  • Administer benefits programs and ensure effective communication of benefits to employees.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Oracle HCM for efficient data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design and succession planning efforts.
  • Conduct data analysis for workforce planning and process improvement initiatives.
