Description

We are now seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Manager to join the Finnish team of our international partner’s subsidiary. In this role, you will take full responsibility for HR processes, ensure compliance with local labor legislation, and promote a positive work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for the recruitment of employees and professionals and handle various stages of the recruitment process. You will work in close cooperation with the parent company’s HR department and recruitment team.
This is a full-time, permanent position. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our partner company.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant education (e.g., human resources, business administration, or equivalent)
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an international organization
  • Experience and knowledge of international recruitment (EU, Schengen area, and third countries)
  • Knowledge of Finnish collective contracts of technological branch
  • Experience working with international recruitment and subcontracting partners
  • Experience working with Finnish immigration authorities (e.g., Migri, EnterFinland)
  • Solid understanding of Finnish labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent command of Finnish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to employees and managers in Finland
  • Ensure compliance with Finnish labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
  • Manage processes related to work-based residence permits
  • Support employee well-being and labor relations
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team at headquarters
  • Take part in HR projects and process development
