MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a manufacturing or supply chain setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in multi-site, multi-state organizations with various stakeholders.
  • General awareness knowledge of the ISO9001 Quality Management System requirements, company Quality Policy and your contributions to the effectiveness of the QMS.
  • Responsible for being knowledgeable of and acting in strict accordance with the requirements of all relevant laws, regulations, and Company policies, including, among other areas, Food and Drug Administration regulations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • HR Certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to partner with leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent employee relations and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS, specifically ADP Workforce Now.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Strategic HR Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to operations leadership on all HR-related matters.
  • Translate corporate HR strategies into site-level action plans.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and organizational change management.
  • Talent Management & Workforce Planning
  • Manage third party staffing processes for hourly employees.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast labor needs and reduce turnover.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to build workforce capability.
  • Drive succession planning and career development strategies.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports employee retention.
  • Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and communication efforts.
  • Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs fairly and consistently.
  • Conduct wage and hour reviews to ensure compliance with FLSA and local labor laws.
  • Partner with corporate payroll/benefits teams to address employee inquiries.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Partner with EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) to reinforce a culture of safety.
  • Support safety training, reporting, and investigations as needed.
  • HR Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data integrity.
  • Provide regular HR metrics and reporting to leadership
