* Develop HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, including manpower planning, talent management, and succession planning. * Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job ads and sourcing candidates to interviewing, selection, and onboarding new employees. * Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, including payroll, salary structures, and employee motivation systems. * Address employee concerns, manage grievances and conflicts, and foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. * Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide guidance to managers on coaching, and develop professional development plans. * Ensure all HR practices, policies, and operations comply with Egyptian labor laws and other relevant regulations. * Identify training needs and develop and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. * Maintain accurate employee records, manage personnel files, and ensure the proper administration of benefits like medical insurance and vacation leave. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or relevant experience * 10 years' experience in Human Resources * Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies * Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees * Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills * Attention to detail and good judgement
