We are looking to recruit a talented HR Manager to join our UK business, operating out of our brand-new office in Salford Quay Exchange, Manchester. This role is pivotal to enabling Teltonika to grow our presence in the UK and Ireland, through developing a motivated, professional and successful workforce, focused on delivering exceptional customer service, and in turn growing our customer base.

Responsibilities
  • We are growing, which means we are recruiting. We need you to lead this in the UK, with support from colleagues in our group recruitment team.
  • Develop the people plan. We plan to grow from one employee to 70 colleagues over the next 3 years. We need a plan to align to the 5-year UK strategy.
  • Develop and oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Develop and update local HR policies to meet local market demands, whilst ensuring alignment to Group Policy.
  • Develop strong people analytics and reporting to the UK CEO and group.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout our people processes.
  • Provide support and training to line managers as required, whilst also supporting any formal processes as required, ensuring sound HR advice is being used as required.
  • Develop our employee engagement and talent retention plan, ensuring our colleagues feel valued and understand their contribution to the company.
  • Supporting as required with other tasks that may crop up. We are a start up after all.
