JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a Temporary HR Manager to support our team on a short-term basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Visa Status: Candidate must have their own valid visa (company visa/sponsorship not provided)
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in the UAE/Gulf region
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle employee grievances and HR operations independently

• Manage recruitment and onboarding process
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
• Oversee payroll and leave management coordination
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
• Support day-to-day HR operational tasks
