Your responsibilities include, among other things:Advising and supporting managers on daily HR issues;Managing the inflow, flow-through, and outflow of employees;Ensuring correct HR administration, contracts, and personnel files;Providing support with absence guidance and follow-up in accordance with the Gatekeeper Improvement Act;Monitoring and improving HR processes and procedures;Act as a point of contact for employees regarding employment conditions and personnel questions;Identifying bottlenecks in the workplace and proposing practical solutions;Assist with recruitment and selection where necessary;Contribute to ongoing HR projects and change processes.What makes you successful in this role?We are looking for an HR Manager who quickly establishes an overview, works pragmatically, and is accustomed to being visibly present in an operational environment.
