Description
A major international engineering, transport infrastructure, project development, and operations company: HR Manager. Responsibilities Lead and manage all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training & development, employee relations Oversee and optimize payroll processes in collaboration with internal or external payroll providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements Design and implement learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and succession planning Manage the performance evaluation process and ensure it is aligned with company goals and KPIs Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of the organization Develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies aligned with market standards Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies Maintain and enhance corporate policies, procedures, and employee handbook Supervise and support the HR team, fostering a high-performance and service-oriented culture Cooperate effectively with the Safety Officer and Occupational Physician to promote a safe and healthy work environment Partner with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and organizational development Prepare HR reports, analytics, and insights to inform decision-making Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (Master’s in HR Management preferred) Proven experience (6+ years) in leading HR strategy and managing an HR team In-depth knowledge of Greek labor law and HR best practices Strong understanding of payroll processes and compensation frameworks Hands-on experience in designing and implementing L&D programs Familiarity with performance management systems and running annual review cycles Demonstrated ability in managing recruitment across different functions and levels Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency with HRIS systems and tools Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required Competitive compensation package Career development and growth opportunities
