As an HR Manager, you play a key role in the organization and work in a hybrid model for the 11 branches within the organization. You primarily work in the provinces of Brabant and Limburg. You have a strong vision on HR and are a solid sparring and advisory partner for the management board.

The organization has 11 branches comprising more than 300 employees. Their core business is processing various types of metal for clients in different sectors, including high-tech, mechanical engineering, automotive, and industry. It is a growing organization with a flat and informal corporate culture.

What we ask

As an HR Manager, it is important that you are a strong, analytical advisory partner. You are part of the Management Team and handle changes within the organization flexibly and steadily, while being able to act effectively on trends and developments in the HR professional field. 

Furthermore, as an HR manager, you have at your disposal:

• A completed HBO or WO degree in HRM, Business Administration, or similar;
• At least 10 years of experience in the HR field, of which several years in a managerial position;
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, absenteeism, and trends and developments;
• Experience with HR systems and data, including AFAS (must);
• Preferably, you have experience with change management or mergers;
• You have analytical insight and a solid foundation for decisions;
• You are a strong communicator and have good coaching and advisory skills.

What we offer

In return for these responsibilities, we offer the following employment conditions as an HR Manager.

• A salary of €5,500 to €8,500 gross per month (based on a 38-hour work week);
