We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our leadership team.
In this standalone HR role, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the HR function.

• Partner with the leadership team to deliver strategic HR support across all areas of the employee lifecycle
• Provide HR advice to leaders on HR policies, procedures and best practice
• Advise on employee relations issues including conduct, performance, grievance, disciplinary, absence, sickness etc
• End to end recruitment
• Oversee the performance review process and support ongoing staff development and career progression
• Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Run HR projects and change initiatives
• Represent Tyrone Fabrication on the Mid Ulster HR forum and at local ad hoc Career events
• Maintain policies in line with legislation
• Deliver HR reporting and KPIs
