As part of the HR team, you will partner with business leaders to drive the people agenda for the client group based in UAE, enabling long-term strategic goals.
You will lead, coordinate, and execute key HR initiatives focused on enhancing organizational culture, employee engagement, and overall business performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to People Leaders and Business Leaders, aligning HR practices with broader business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching on key HR areas including talent acquisition, learning and development, organization set-up, compensation and benefits, performance management, career development, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with International HR Business Partners to implement business-specific HR strategies and projects.
  • Work cross-functionally with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations teams to shape the local HR strategy.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices, maintaining full compliance and fostering an ethical, inclusive work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong business acumen and passion for driving impact through people.
  • Proven expertise across HR disciplines (e.g., recruiting, analytics, rewards, talent and performance management).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic will be a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in innovative HR solutions and continuous process improvement.
  • Solid understanding of the local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
