Responsibilities

As a HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our dynamic, fast-paced business across multiple markets, including the United Kingdom, Nordics, and Germany. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will proactively build strong relationships with business leaders, helping to shape and implement HR initiatives that drive performance and engagement.
This role is ideal for someone with solid HR generalist experience in a multinational environment, who has successfully managed HR projects and supported multiple markets. You will take the lead on key HR initiatives, working hands-on in areas such as employee relations, change management, and talent development—going beyond administrative tasks to actively contribute to business success.
We are looking for a proactive, solutions-focused professional who thrives in an international setting, thinks outside the box, and is confident in navigating complex HR challenges while ensuring compliance with local legislation, policies, and procedures.
