2. ONBOARDING & TRAINING

• Oversee onboarding process and orientation programs to ensure consistent employee experience.
• Coordinate mandatory trainings (food safety, harassment prevention, etc.)
• Support career development initiatives and cross-training opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
