Skills: Ability to conduct investigations, coach managers, and navigate sensitive employee matters with autonomy, while knowing when to escalate to the Director.
Style: Approachable, direct, and confident communicator who can build rapport across all levels while delivering honest feedback.
Mindset: Hands-on, eager to grow, comfortable working with limited resources, and driven to help build HR processes from the ground up.

This is a high-impact, execution-focused role, responsible for owning HR operations, driving employee relations, and providing trusted guidance to managers and employees.
