We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our Human Resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR functions, developing policies, and driving employee engagement to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
