Youth Collaboratory is inviting applications for the position of Human Resources Manager, reporting to the Deputy Director of Administration and working in concert with the organization-wide planning process. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing human resource activities, policies, and programs that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards. This role will serve as a key partner across departments but will not manage staff directly. The HR Manager is a full-time exempt remote position. The starting salary range for this role is $77k-81k plus benefits. #LI-Remote

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of five years of human resource management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. A master’s degree in human resources, organizational development, public administration, or another relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven success in building relationships and excellent customer-focused competencies.
  • Proven project management skills that include:
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Identifying and framing project needs effectively and efficiently
  • Assuring deliverables are met according to the timeline, creatively adjusting as needed
  • Providing conflict resolution when needed
  • Ability to work effectively and confidentially with sensitive information.
