Responsibilities

As HR Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving both operational efficiency and strategic growth. You’ll be instrumental in:

  • Shaping HR Strategy: Identify opportunities to align HR policies, programs, and initiatives with business goals—driving employee experience and organizational performance.
  • Leading & Developing the HR Team: Manage, coach, and grow a small HR team to deliver operational excellence, exceptional service, and innovative HR initiatives.
  • Elevating HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR systems, payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance (MOM and internal policies)—while continuously improving HR workflows and experience.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Excellence: Work with Talent Acquisition specialist to attract top talent and deliver seamless, culturally aligned onboarding experiences.
  • Driving Positive Employee Experience: Lead employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives—championing inclusion, trust, autonomy, and people-first values across the team.
  • Elevating Performance & Development: Oversee performance review cycles, support learning programs, and lay the foundation for career growth and capability building in an agile workplace.
  • Leadership Support & Communication: Provide HR consultation to leadership, guide managers on employee-related matters, and ensure clear internal communication.
  • Rolling Up Your Sleeves: Be a true HR generalist—comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution, from policy review to event setup.
