Links Childcare is offering an opportunity for a Fixed-Term HR & Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our busy head office team. This rewarding role will involve providing essential support across HR and marketing functions, helping manage the increased recruitment volume and supporting the growth of our 14 childcare centres across Dublin.
Location: Links Childcare Head Office: St Olaves, Kinsealy, Co.Dublin (in person)
Contract: Fix Term from April 2025 until 27th September 2025
Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support the recruitment process for childcare staff through direct advertising, job boards, social media, and referrals
· Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews
· Prepare and issue offer letters to successful candidates
· Collect and organize all necessary documentation for new hires
· Provide a first class service to all candidates
· Manage administrative tasks related to new staff onboarding
· Liaise with Recruitment team regarding the allocation of new staff
· Involvement in other HR duties
· Work with the marketing department to conduct marketing activities to attract new staff
· Work with urgency and ensuring that candidates are recruited and supplied to the creche teams in a timely manner to ensure all creches maintain full staffing numbers
· Help update and maintain website content, including blog posts
· Assist in managing Links Childcare social media accounts to boost engagement

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

· Relevant HR qualification, ideally a Bachelor’s Degree (Level 8) in Human Resources or a related field
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Ability to communicate via email, phone and face to face clearly and efficiently
· Positive and enthusiastic
· Strong IT skills required, specifically in Excel
· Applicants must have fluent English
· Relevant experience in a similar role
· Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
