International chemical company, is seeking a proactive HR & Marketing Communications Specialist to support employee engagement, training, and corporate communications. This role partners with HR and management to deliver initiatives aligned with global business goals, including ESG and SDG objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s in Communications or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience; UKG expertise required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SuccessFactors experience a plus.
    Job Type: Temporary
    Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
    Work Location: Hybrid remote in Secaucus, NJ 0709
Responsibilities
  • Manage LMS (Learning Management System) and HR systems (UKG) including training assignments and reporting.
  • Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and goal-setting processes.
  • Provide marketing admin support (business cards, meeting materials, event coordination).
  • Maintain content for internal platforms and support executive/HR meetings.
