HR PROFESSIONAL

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience working within the UAE market and a strong, up-to-date understanding of local labor laws and regulations. You will be a key player in managing the employee lifecycle and ensuring our HR practices are both effective and compliant.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR professional will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day human resources operations. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of administrative expertise and a strategic mindset. The role involves managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and ensuring legal compliance. You will serve as the main point of contact for employees and management on all HR-related matters, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional HR experience in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law, including its recent amendments, and a solid understanding of DIFC or ADGM regulations is a plus.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a high degree of empathy and discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to managing job offers and the onboarding of new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and confidential manner.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures are in full compliance with UAE Labor Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) and other relevant regulations.
  • HR Administration: Administer employee benefits, manage payroll coordination, maintain accurate employee records, and oversee visa and work permit processes.
  • Policy Development: Assist in developing, updating, and implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement: Support initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and boost employee morale.
