JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing administrative support to owner of company. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Office Administrator will play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and supporting the overall success of the organization.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in Homehealth care Services; with procedures, policies, employee manuels, clients intake procedures.
  • Knowledge of Home Healthcare compliance through Fed policies, and State South Carolina, as well as DHEC liscence policies
  • Office management or administrative role is required
  • Coordinator potion to hire caregivers understand their roles and and to facilitate new clients start ups
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and spread sheets
  • Computer literate in being able to go through software systems and Ability to learn quickly in any systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively
  • Experience in medical office management is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
  • Previous supervisory or team management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and use of office equipment for proper documentation skills.
