HR & OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

£26,000-£28,000 per annum Full-time, Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm. ALL YEAR ROUND
Working as part of the Head Office team, you will be carrying out the administration element of our HR function and assisting both the HR Advisor and Nursery Managers with HR related admin tasks. You will also be responsible for the system management of our Employee Database System.

Working under the direction of line managers to:

  • Monitoring induction and probation process through to completion. Generating end of probation letters.
  • Supporting the ‘New Starter Experience’ to ensure it is positive.
  • Monitoring back to work process and supporting manager to complete.
  • Monitoring absence levels across company, supporting with actions required.
  • Assist with administration relating to monthly pay role changes, issue of letters and contract changes.
  • Provide support for internal HR system, updating details, scanning and uploading documents, making changes to pay, status, job role etc. Point of contact for staff for re-setting account passwords.
  • Supporting with employee meetings, meeting minutes, collating reports and related administration
  • Generating HR related reports from data system and supporting managers with the function of system in order to optimise efficiency
  • With training, carry out absence meetings on site with employees, write up reports and feed back to HR.
