The Helena office is hiring a HR Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to state director and VP’s, act as human resources liaison, and conduct designated trainings. Responsibilities: Maintain client and employee files (electronic and hard copy). Manage office operations including supplies, purchase orders, phones, and front desk support. Support HR functions such as onboarding, trainings, employee relations, and retention efforts. Process employment paperwork including new hires, separations, and compliance documents. Communicate staffing needs with management and Talent Acquisition. Conduct safety drills, compliance reviews, and follow-up actions. Assist with reports, data entry, and unemployment claims as needed. Ensure workplace safety standards are met and maintain regular attendance. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or 2 years of relevant experience.
