Responsibilities

THINGS YOU WILL DO:

As an HR & Office Coordinator, you will support the day-today operations of the Human Resources function as well as general office administration.

  • Maintain working knowledge of HR practices, laws and company policies.
  • Full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, scheduling, and communications.
  • Facilitate employee on-boarding, off-boarding, HR documentation, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, recognition, surveys, and company events.
  • Oversee daily office environment to maintain a professional and efficient workplace.
  • General administrative support including purchasing, inventory, shipping, and reception.
