*Handling budgetary aspects, such as administrative budget, bank accounts, expenses reports, and financial reporting (1C and SAP R3 knowledge);
*HR functions: recruitment, onboarding team members, including relocation, accommodation, employment and dependent visas, work time and staff leave records, travel bookings, implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures;
*Managing office facilities and making payments of all administrative expenses including maintenance, supplies and equipment;
*DMCC Portal management for employee’s visas, Employment Contract management, Trade licenses, establishment card renewals, new company set up, etc;
*Medical insurances organization;
*Managing and optimizing vendor relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services;
*Maintaining organized records and documentation;
*Organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.
