Our client, a high-growth startup in Sherwood, is looking for someone to build out their HR department. Are you up to the challenge?
As HR/Office Manager, you’ll own all HR functions, from benefits administration and recruitment to compensation and employee relations. An innate leader will thrive in this role, as you coach managers and leadership with recommendations and guidance on employee relations.
In your day-to-day, you’ll oversee facility management, take care of daily office needs, and act as the liaison with various vendors for external events and partnerships.
