As the HR & Office Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while championing the well-being of our team. Your role will be dynamic, combining human resources expertise, office management skills, and a flair for fostering a positive workplace culture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Human Resources
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes with a focus on seamless experiences.
- Oversee employee records, benefits administration, timesheets, and payroll with precision.
- Be the go-to person for our team, providing support and resolving queries.
- Office Administration
- Keep day-to-day office operations running like clockwork, including vendor relationships and facilities management.
- Organize schedules, meetings, and events with finesse.
- Manage the ERP system to ensure accurate project and employee-related data.
- Collaborate closely with Partners and the Principal to align administrative goals.
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, and the Office Coordinator to streamline processes.
