We are looking for an experienced HR / Office Manager with restoration industry knowledge to oversee day-to-day office operations, HR functions, and collections.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The HR / Office Manager / Collections role is a key leadership position in our company. The right candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes, overseeing office operations, handling collections, and supporting project teams. This position requires prior restoration industry experience and strong knowledge of QuickBooks and DASH (our CRM).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in the restoration industry (required)
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and DASH CRM (required)
  • Strong HR and office management background
  • Knowledge of collections and A/R management
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Manage HR functions including onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations
  • Oversee office administration and support daily operations of the restoration team
  • Handle collections process and follow up with clients and insurance carriers
  • Maintain financial records in QuickBooks and ensure accuracy of job costing
  • Manage and track projects in DASH CRM, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
  • Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and other administrative needs
