YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Several years in HR-related roles, with solid experience managing HR functions.
  • Experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative position.
  • A broad career background is an advantage, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and develop our HR function, ensuring policies and processes are up-to-date.
  • Manage office facilities and ensure a safe, well-functioning workplace environment.
  • Act as an executive assistant, supporting leadership with administrative tasks.
  • Handle reception duties, including mailbox and switchboard management.
  • Organize company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain contracts, organize company files, and administer group insurance policies.
  • Drive compliance with internal and external requirements, supporting the Finance team.
  • Write and update processes, policies, instructions, and routines within your areas of responsibility.
  • Coordinate and manage GDPR compliance and IT administration, working closely with external service providers.
  • Lead work environment initiatives and ensure office routines are implemented and followed.
  • Lead occasional projects to enhance our workplace and processes.
