About the role The HR Officer (Labor Relations) assists in managing labor and legal cases by coordinating with lawyers, government agencies, and internal departments. The role ensures timely filing of complaints, accurate documentation, and smooth communication with authorities such as DOLE, NLRC, civil courts, and the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW). Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in the preparation and filing of complaints, submissions, and other legal documents. Support internal and external lawyers by gathering necessary information and documents. Coordinate with DOLE, NLRC, DMW, and other relevant government offices for filing and updates. Serve as the point of contact for administrative requirements and document submissions. Liaise with PHIC, Pag-IBIG, SSS, and other agencies to process employee documents, claims, and benefits. Communicate updates to relevant stakeholders within the company. Attend ISO and compliance meetings as required. Qualifications: Essential Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent 2–4 years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, or legal support, preferably with exposure to DOLE, NLRC, civil cases, and employee benefits processing Strong business acumen Desirable Prior experience coordinating with lawyers and government offices is highly desirable.
