    • coordination with relevant organizational units.

    • Execute the annual management training plan for the institution’s employees, including all training programs.
    • Implement job rotation procedures according to the relevant decisions.
    • Execute procedures and policies related to training and development needs analysis, setting priorities based on the performance evaluations of employees and recommendations from direct supervisors.
    • Implement procedures for researching and negotiating with the best training and development centers according to the instructions of the direct supervisor.
    • Execute procedures for evaluating the training programs offered, measuring employee satisfaction, and preparing related reports.
    • Execute procedures for measuring the impact of training in coordination with relevant organizational units.
    • Implement procedures for employee scholarship programs according to the institution’s approved policy.
    • Implement procedures for announcing vacant positions through various media outlets both internally and externally, in coordination with relevant entities and recruitment agencies, as per the approved plan.
    • Execute procedures for personal interviews for shortlisted candidates, within the authorized responsibilities and in cooperation with the relevant units requesting the positions.
    • Execute procedures for delivering orientation programs and providing employees with all information and data about the institution and the job (Employee Handbook).
    • Audit all employee file documents and ensure they meet the required documentation standards.
    • Implement internal communication procedures with employees of the institution.
    • Execute procedures for attracting offers and special benefits for employee support, as per the direct supervisor’s recommendations.
    • Execute and circulate HR-related correspondence, letters, and decisions.
    • Follow up on remote work procedures for employees.
    • Adhere to information security policies, processes, and programs, and report any security breaches or suspicious incidents to the direct supervisor.
    • Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
