Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Build strong relationships with our HR system and support managers through recruitment and onboarding, maintain the systems, and ensure accessible reporting.
  • L&D Coordination: Bring learning to life-help facilitate L&D activities, arrange workshops, coordinate events, and support the development of engaging learning materials.
  • HR Support: Act as the friendly go-to for managers and team members, offering practical, people-centred advice.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Prepare staff for payday-ensure correct pay and seamless enrolment into our benefits programs.
  • General HR & Projects: Provide versatile support across HR generalist tasks, ad-hoc projects, and administrative duties.
