The job holder is responsible for coordination and execution of matters related to processing & preparing documentation for DHA and Trade Licenses etc. and any work related to the regulatory authorities of the Land.
HR Officer would be responsible for:
· Application of Dataflow verification in DHA/DOH/MOH
· Coordinating with employees/client for any issue regarding verification
· Issue DHA e-License / Good standing certificates from respective clients
· Arrange Doctor / Medical staff for DHA Examination
· Ensure that all documents required for professional licensing are complete from clients.
· Track the movement of all personnel/client files maintained to ensure the smooth flow of work in the Department, including the timely completion of the Licensing formalities
· Ensure that the feedback received from the has been updated at a regular intervals
· Send the scanned copy of the DHA License, DHA eligibility to HR department/Client as soon as it is received and intimate the unit heads
· Ensure that the bills relating to all PR works has been made on time and forwarded to the concerned person for approval and same to the accounts for preparation of Cheque and also do the proper follow-up with the Accounts Department
· Prepare necessary documentation and arrangements for the DHA card for medical and paramedical staff upon completion of exam for DHA license issuance.
· Ensuring that Company management is kept fully informed on all government regulations and instructions affecting the company objectives and employees’ interests.
· Assist in recruitment cycle for sourcing and pooling of candidates.
