Description

Your days are anything but standard. One morning, you help the Managing Director prepare for an important meeting. An hour later, you answer questions from colleagues, draft a contract for a new employee, and arrange a business trip for a colleague.

Meanwhile, you effortlessly maintain an overview. You know exactly which action items are still open, when contracts expire, and which colleague needs a listening ear or a helping hand. You are the person people enjoy walking in to see. Not only because you know the answer, but primarily because you are engaged, make connections easily, and are always willing to think along with others.

Therefore, your new employer is not necessarily looking for an experienced HR specialist. Much more important is that you are a natural organizational talent, make connections easily, and get energy from supporting others. You maintain an overview, think ahead, and enjoy arranging things properly. Do you already have experience with HR? That’s a nice bonus. Do you have a particular affinity for guiding colleagues, planning, organizing, and unburdening others? Then you will have plenty of room here to further develop yourself. Your new employer is happy to invest in someone who enjoys learning, shows initiative, and grows into the trusted point of contact within the organization.

On an average workday, you will be occupied with:

  • Supporting the management and ensuring that agendas, appointments, and meetings run smoothly.
  • Guiding colleagues throughout their entire employee journey. From a warm welcome on the first day of work to arranging a smooth departure.
  • Processing personnel administration, contracts, and other HR matters, ensuring that everything is taken care of down to the last detail.
  • Providing support with absence and reintegration processes and maintaining contact with the occupational health service.
  • Posting vacancies, liaising with recruitment agencies, and assisting in finding new colleagues.
  • Organizing staff outings, team activities, and other moments that foster connection and job satisfaction.
  • Coordinating facility matters, such as company clothing, supplier contacts, maintenance agreements, and a well-kept workplace.
  • Identifying improvements, monitoring action points, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

In short: as an Office Manager HR, you ensure that colleagues can do their work well, employees feel heard, and the organization continues to run smoothly. It is precisely this combination of arranging, organizing, and working with people that makes this position so enjoyable.
