Job Description The HR Officer proactively manages the entire employee lifecycle for Be Cool's West Coast (VIC, SA & WA) distribution centre and blue-collar workforce. This includes overseeing workforce planning by creating and managing rosters, ensuring accurate payroll processing through daily timesheet approval and ADP management, and maintaining comprehensive HR records. The role acts as a vital liaison between the business and external staffing agencies, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, conducting essential visa and compliance checks, and facilitating employee relations, including the drafting of disciplinary documentation. You will… Drive efficient workforce planning and rostering to ensure optimal staffing levels across all East Coast distribution centre operations. Administer accurate and timely payroll processing through diligent timesheet management and ADP reconciliation, ensuring compliance. Facilitate seamless recruitment and onboarding processes, acting as a key liaison with staffing agencies and managing essential compliance checks. Maintain comprehensive and accurate HR records across all platforms, ensuring data integrity and supporting timely reporting. Provide effective employee relations support, including the drafting of disciplinary documentation and resolution of HR cases. Contribute to employee learning and development initiatives by administering training modules and maintaining certification records. You have/are… Proven experience in office management, HR administration, or workforce coordination (preferably in warehousing, logistics, or production). Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS/rostering systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Vsure, Linksafe). Exceptional attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple departments and seniority levels. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to changing operational needs.
